Notes: Rendering things softly like this is a lot of fun. My favorite part about drawing Arc is his awesome plumed hat! Translating his impossibly pointy hairstyle from anime into what you see here was really difficult, but I like how the hair turned out. The eyes are pretty, too, but I don't think I much like this picture beyond those things.
